Glass Magazine has announced the winners of its 2026 awards program, recognizing standout projects, products, and professionals in the U.S. architectural glass and facade systems industry. Among the eight winning projects is Brisbane’s Glasshouse Theatre, named Project of the Year and Best Engineering, along with the Bob R. Brooks Jr. Justice Building in Little Rock, honored in the best-retrospective category, and Grund Hall in Cambridge, Massachusetts, recognized for its specialty glazing with Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope.
In the products and programs category, honorees included Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope’s Series 3000XT framing system, Pilkington North America’s Pilkington SuperWhite glass, and Glass Coatings & Concepts’ ColorQuant solar technology, along with other digital tools and hardware systems for the industry. A Legacy Leadership Award also went to Oliver Stepe of YKK AP America for his long-standing contribution to the sector.
The awards will be presented officially at the GlassBuild America trade show in Las Vegas, running September 23-25, 2026. The annual recognition program serves as a benchmark for architects, facade engineers, and manufacturers on the latest trends in performance, aesthetics, and sustainability in architectural glass nationwide.
