5TH & SPRING GARDEN

5th & Spring Garden is a large-scale, mixed-use project occupying an entire block in Northern Liberties. The site is bounded by 5th Street to the east, Spring Garden Street to the south, 6th Street to the west, and a private access street to the north. This development includes a twelve-story mixed-use residential tower over retail on the eastern portion of the site, with a one level box grocer space to the west, all above a one-story underground parking garage. Amenities will include a basketball court, fitness studio, and demonstration kitchen, as well as a fully activated rooftop with lounge areas and dog run, to complement the 370 residential units.
