15 Necco is a 300,000 SF life science building in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. The 12-story structure features office, life science, and research and development space along with retail and a new public park neighboring the building. The design features a sloping façade with a large overhang well above the ground in addition to state-of-the-art resiliency and sustainability features that were included in the design.
